McNair's Seafood Salad

This recipe contains no specific amounts for the ingredients. Use the amounts to suit your taste.


Small shell pasta


Imitation crab meat


Small Shrimp




Small Cubed Cheese




Season Salt




1.  Cook then drain pasta well so that no water remains and cool.

2.  With a paper towel, remove moisture from seafood.

3.  Cube cheese and cut celery into small pieces.

4.  Mix mayo with pasta until well coated and add season salt to taste.

5.  Add crab & shrimp leaving a small amount for the top of salad to decorate.  Fold in gently with cheese & celery.

6.  After everything is combined, place remaining crab & shrimp on top for decoration.
