Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated |

Corn Flakes or Potato Chips, crushed. |
1. Mix all ingredients & place in a 9” x 13” baking dish. Cover w/ crushed corn flakes or potato chips. Bake @ 350°F for 45 minutes.
