CHEESY POTATOES

Ingredients

2 Lbs

Hash Browns defrosted

½ Cup

Butter, melted

½ tsp

Pepper

1 tsp

Salt

½ Cup

Onion, chopped

1 Can

Cream of Chicken or Cream of Potato Soup

1 Pint

Sour Cream

10 oz

Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated

 

Corn Flakes or Potato Chips, crushed.

 

Directions

1.  Mix all ingredients & place in a 9” x 13” baking dish.  Cover w/ crushed corn flakes or potato chips.  Bake @ 350°F for 45 minutes.
