1. Spray sauce pan with nonstick coating. Add onion and ginger root. Cook until tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
3. Use on chicken or pork during last 5 minutes of grilling.
