Sauce
1. In medium sauce pan melt margarine. Stir in flour and pepper.
2. Add milk all at once, cook and stir until thickened.
3. Gradually stir some of the hot mixture into the eggs.
4. Return all of the mix to pan.
5. Cook and stir until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/3 cup parmesan cheese.
Main Dish
1. Arrange slices of bread on an unheated rack of broiler pan.
2. Top with sliced turkey and 2 Tbsp of sauce and parmesan cheese.
3. Broil 3 - 4 inches from heat about 3 minutes, until sauce is brown and bubbly.
4. Serve with 2 slices of bacon.
