Swordfish fillets |
1. Sauté onion with butter until onions are soft.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add the onion mix to bread cubes and toss lightly with a fork.
4. Place swordfish on foil on a cookie sheet.
5. Bring sides of foil up around fish.
6. Place stuffing on top of fish and bake at 350 about 30 minutes or until the stuffing is golden.
7. Add cheese and serve.
