Vegetable Supreme Boboli Pizza




Large Boboli pizza crust

1 cup

Sliced tomato

1 can

Cut mushrooms

1 cup

Chopped onion

1 cup

Chopped red pepper

1 cup

Chopped green pepper


Dried basil (ready to sprinkle)

2 cups


1 Tbsp

Butter or cooking oil


Pizza sauce is optional



1.  Using a medium high heat, sauté tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and peppers in butter or oil for 10 minutes or until the desired “texture” has been reached (Crisp = shorter time, browned and mushy = longer time, black and crisp = a very long time with fire extinguisher handy - oil fire rated)

2.  Add pizza sauce if desired

3.  Add sauté to crust. Sprinkle with basil and mozzarella

4.  Bake 10 minutes at 450°
