CHICKEN AND HAM PATTY

 

Ingredients

Chicken breasts

Slices cooked ham

 

Mozzarella or Swiss or cheddar cheese

1/2 cup

Flour

1

Egg

1 tsp

Oil

3/4 cup

Bread crumbs

 

Salt

 

Pepper

 

Directions

1.  Mix egg and oil with a whisk.

2.  Pound chicken until 1/4 inch thick.

3.  Season lightly with salt and pepper.

4.  Place a slice of ham, then cheese, then ham, then another chicken breast.

5 Dip in flour, then egg and oil mix, then bread crumbs.

5.  Fry in skillet and serve.
