CHICKEN HASH

 

Ingredients

2 Tbls

Margarine

Cup

Chopped Onion

1 Cup

Sliced Potatoes

2 Cups

Chopped diced chicken

tsp

Salt

tsp

Pepper

Cup

Chicken broth

1 Tbls

Minced parsley

 

Directions

1.     Melt the margarine in large skillet.

2.     Add onion and potatoes and saute for 10 minutes

3.     Add chicken, salt, and pepper and cook 1 minute.

4.     Mix in broth and parsley. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

5.     Serve hot
