BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

 

Ingredients

2 ½ lbs

Chicken Wings

½ C

RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce

1/3 C

Melted Butter or Margarine

 

Celery & Carrot Sticks & Blue Cheese Dressing

 

Directions

1.  Split wings & discard tips.  Deep fry wings @ 400°F (high) for 12 min. or until cooked; drain.      

2.  In bowl, combine RedHot & butter.

3.  Toss wings to coat.

4.  Serve w/ vegetable sticks & dressing.  Serves 6.
