1. Split wings and discard tips.
2. Three ways to cook wings.
(1) Deep fry wings at 400 degrees for 12 minutes until cooked.
(2) Broil or grill wings 30 to 45 minutes, turning often until cooked.
(3) Bake wings at 425 for one hour, turning halfway.
3. In a bowl, combine cayenne pepper sauce and butter.
4. Toss wings in sauce to coat.
5. Serve with vegetable sticks and dressing.
6. Additionally, toss 1 1/2 lbs cooked shrimp or 6 cups steamed cut-up vegetables in wing sauce.
