SKILLET STUFFED PEPPERS - WEIGHT WATCHERS

 

Ingredients

3 Large

Green Peppers, halved & seeded

12 oz

Lean Ground Beef

½ Cup

Picante Sauce

½ Cup

Water & 1 tsp Splenda

1/3 Cup

Instant Rice

½ Cup

Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese

 

Directions

1.     Brown beef & stir in the next 4 ingredients.

2.     Put Pepper halves on top, cover & cook 13 minutes.

3.     Fill Peppers w/ mixture & sprinkle w/ cheese.
