MEAT AND POTATO PIE

 

Ingredients

1 can

Cream of mushroom soup

1 lb

Ground beef

1/4 cup

Chopped onion

1

Egg

1/4 cup

Bread crumbs

2 tbsp

Parsley

1/4 tsp

Salt

Dash

Pepper

2 cup Mashed Potatoes
1/4 cup Shredded mild cheddar

 

Directions

1.  Mix 1/2 can soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.

2.  Press firmly into 9 inch pie plate.

3.  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

4.  Spoon off fat and frost with potatoes.

5.  Top with remaining soup and cheese.

6.  Bake additional 10 minutes.
