KEY LIME PIE

 

Ingredients

9 inch pie shell

6

Eggs yolks

2, 14oz cans

Sweetened, condensed milk

1, 8oz

Lime juice

 

Whipped topping

  Yellow or green food coloring (optional)
 

Pealed and sliced Key wee fruit (optional)

 

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 325.

2.  Beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and food coloring if desired.

3.  Pour into pie shell and bake 40 minutes.

4.  Cool.

5.  Serve with whipped topping (and Key wee fruit slices as an option).
