FRUIT PIZZA

 

Ingredients

3/4 cup

Margarine

1 1/6 cup

Sugar

1 1/2 cup

Flour

1 tsp

Vanilla

8 oz

Cream cheese

1 tbsp

Lemon juice

1 can Mixed fruit

2 tbsp

Corn starch

 

Directions

1.  Mix  the margarine, flour, and 1/3 cup sugar and press into pizza pan.

2.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

3.  Whip / Mix vanilla, cream cheese, and 1/3 cup sugar until creamy.

4.  Place cream cheese mix on cooled crust.

5.  Drain any canned fruit, reserving the juice.

6.  Arrange fruit on cream cheese.

7.  In a sauce pan combine the recovered fruit juice, lemon juice, corn starch, and 1/2 cup sugar.

8.  Bring the sauce to a boil for one minute.

9.  Cool the sauce slightly then pour a thin layer over the fruit.

10.  Refrigerate quickly.
