CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs

Cream cheese, softened

1 3/4 cups

Sugar

2 tbsp

Flour

1/4 tsp

Salt

6

Eggs

1/2 cup

Heavy Cream

 

Directions

1.  In a large bowl, add ingredients in order, beating well after each ingredient. Beating time about 8 to 10 minutes. Add eggs one at a time.

2.  Add to greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 475.

3.  Lower temp to 225 and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until the center does not jiggle, and the sides start to pull away from the baking dish.

4.  Cool in the oven for 1 hour with the door ajar.

5.  Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for an additional hour before refrigerating.

6.  Serve with strawberries.
