MEXICAN DIP

 

Ingredients

8 oz

Cottage cheese - small curd

8 oz

Cream cheese

1 can

Refried beans

1

Chopped tomato

1

Small, chopped green pepper

1

Small, chopped red onion

1 cup or so

Cheddar cheese

1

Small can black olives

1

Bag Nacho chips

 

Directions

1.  Cream equal portions of cottage cheese and cream cheese.

2.  Layer the refried beans, cheese mix, tomatoes, green peppers, red onion, cheddar cheese, and black olives.

3.  Serve with chips.
