LINGUICA STUFFED MUSHROOMS

 

Ingredients

1 Lb

Fresh Mushrooms

1 pkg.

Linguica Franks

 

Directions

1.  Wash mushrooms; cut off stems & hollow out caps.

2.  Slice franks into ˝” pieces.  Sauté for 5 minutes in butter & drain.

3.  Place one linguica slice in each mushroom cap & bake @ 350°F until mushrooms are tender.
