Tomatoes depending on size, sliced about ¼ inch thick |

Grated parmesan |

1. Brush crust with olive oil.
2. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with parmesan, mozzarella, and then sprinkle basil. Pepper to taste
3. Bake 10 minutes at 450°
