Boboli Tomato Bread

 

Ingredients

Large Boboli crust

1 to 3

Tomatoes depending on size, sliced about ¼ inch thick

 

Basil

 

Olive oil

 

Oregano

 

Black pepper

½ cup

Grated parmesan

½ cup

Grated mozzarella

 

Directions

1.  Brush crust with olive oil.

2.  Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with parmesan, mozzarella, and then sprinkle basil. Pepper to taste

3.  Bake 10 minutes at 450°
